Each product is unique, and packaging is everything! We have seen a similar product packaged 3 different ways and each set at a different price point. This is possible because of value perception. Perception is what sells a product at a certain price or if it sells at all. If it looks good, it must be more expensive!

Kimac Industries houses some of the most versatile and efficient labeling and steam equipment available. Our Steam and Shrink wrap services are un-paralled and our turnaround times are second to none.

Steam Shrink:

Maybe you have been in your grocery store and seen a bottle of yogurt that is an hour glass shape and the label conforms to the bottle. Or maybe you have seen a bottle of juice that looks like the label is painted on. This is done by steam. It is a process that shrinks evenly that does not leave any lines or imperfections like dry heat. Kimac is home to a top of the line steam tunnel. It is able to run at 110bpm and is excellent for that unique packaging you have dreamed of.

Labeling:

Kimac has several labeling machines. We have the capability of doing a front / back label, full wrap around labels, tube labeling and over-labeling of products. We have several clients that manufacture product and send them to us naked (no label) we in turn run a Just In Time production system and label the product to a specific market or retail customer based on their order.

Shrink Wrap:

Whether it be a distributor kit, a vitamin pack box or a 3 pack of product, Kimac has it all wrapped up! We have several shrink wrap machines and are able to take your product to the final stage and have it shrink wrapped. We have the ability to run different sizes and thickness of plastic material ensuring your complete satisfaction as our customer.
